Design – Build

I can build to spec if you already have plans in hand. Or, if you are just getting started, I can help with the design as well. You have the choice of working with an architect, a building designer, or a design/build contractor like myself. Each has it's pluses and minuses, but there are many advantages to having one person do both the design and the building portions of your project. I'm happy to come talk to you, if I'm not the right guy for your project, I'll say so and help you find the right one.

Remodel

In addition to whole house remodels, bathrooms and kitchens, I do additions, build decks, retaining walls of all types, sheds, garden structures, and outdoor kitchens. I also install crown molding, tile work, custom cabinets, built-ins, window seats, and garage storage. In short, whatever is needed to transform your space, making it more functional and more aesthetically pleasing.

Repair

I do small jobs too. Luckily, I like variety and meeting new people so if you have a list of repairs or service work that needs doing, give me a call. I'll fix that wiring problem, install a new faucet, troubleshoot your plumbing, fix leaks, whatever you need done. It's best to make a list and commit to a day or half day's work to get you squared away. Send pictures and your list ahead of time, I'll try to come prepared with the right materials and tools so I can work efficiently.
